LOCATE RECORD RESULTS If a search is successful, the locate record results screen displays a condensed listing of account information. A "label style" box on the left side displays the account number, expiration, subscriber's name and all address lines. Subscription information including current term, number of issues remaining, last amounts paid and due, account balance and coding fields appear to the right. (The coding will be detailed in the transaction description pages to follow.) In addition, a successful search activates the locate previous and next functions (the "Page Up" and "Page Down" keys respectively). Pressing "Page Down" will use the same search criteria to skip to the next matching record and, if found, display the results. "Page Up" reverses direction and skips to a previous matching record. Viewing multiple matches or scanning through a list of names in a zipcode becomes a simple matter of paging up and down through the records. An account located through this search facility will also transfer directly into various transactions as detailed on the Next page.
