SdB INVOICE PRINTING

Invoice printing is integrated into SdB although the data may be exported for mail merge or outsourcing as well. One or two up forms printing reports are customized by publication and accommodate layouts from 3 by 5 to standard 8 1/2 by 11 or even unique formats like two up 6 by 12 fanfold. SdB even includes postnet barcode printing on generic Epson or IBM proprinter compatible dot matrix printers.

The invoice printing menu choices are self-evident. "Print next invoices" processes the next batch of balance due accounts, incrementing their billing efforts by one or setting them to 6 (stopped for non pay) if the billing grace period is exceeded. After processing, forms may be printed immediately, held for use later, or exported for mail merge or outsourcing.

"Reprint last invoices" prints a run held for use later or allows runs to be restarted at any point in the event of paper jams or printer malfunctions.

"Sample alignment page" prints a sample with max field widths for testing form layouts or for setting the top of form on a printer.
