THE LOCATE RECORD FUNCTION

A core feature of SdB, the locate record screen is directly accessible from all main menus and submenus via function key 2. Pressing the F2 key pops up a query by example style entry screen capable of searching using a wide variety of criteria. Other than direct account number lookups, the most commonly used method is the zipcode and last name combination search. The screen shot below demonstrates a search for all last names beginning with "WE" in zipcodes beginning with "55."
